Firstly what a beautiful place , clean and well organised. The staff and services are 10/10. The family and I enjoyed our day with the cats and other animals. The tour guide is very knowledgeable about the animals and has this great connection with them. I was also amazed at how he knew some of their personalities. We had an absolutely amazing experience on our tour, I took my father who has Cancer and 8 month Old baby boy and it did them the world of good... Also my sons school theme for the week was wild animals... The place is beautiful and neat, animals are super healthy and very well cared for, one can see they are perfectly content where they are... The staff are super professional, passionate, friendly and have so much knowledge to share, there was never a dull moment... Our actual game drive tour guide was amazing and drove the vehicle super carefully and also introduced my boy to George the Water Buffalo. Our gift bags were super cute and the staff even went out of their way to even make one for my son (baby friendly). We will most certainly be returning and will spread the word about this wonderful place and what good hard work they are doing. - Zandalee

It was a brilliant and educating experience. The cleanliness of the cat sanctuary and effort that is made to ensure the beautiful cats are kept in a natural environment as is possible is impressive. The staff are really passionate about what they do as well. We really enjoyed the cat sanctuary tour and 'game' drive. Would highly recommend it. - Hannah

I think what you do is amazing and I commend you on all your hard work. Being in the Hospitality Industry I would suggest a headset with a mouth piece (mike) for whoever does the feeding tour. The group on the day had around 50+ people and I personally would have loved to be able to hear all the information on these big cats. Another suggestion would be tiered seating (like sportfield stands) to allow people to sit and watch these cats as it is truely fascinating to encounter them. Shade would have been fabtastic in the heat of the day...in winter from the rain. Not sure if bigger camps are possible but seeing their size I felt sad for them. Your Staff is an asset. Absolutely AMAZING people from the bistro to the restaurant to the ticket booth, a keeper and the lady who was our game drive guide...she is worth her weight in GOLD! She made the Game drive so personal...it was absolutely fantastic...the way she described the animals and each ones personality...its something that we spoke of afterwards as well...she is brilliant! The Elands coming to eat the food and walking behind the truck was precious! To the grumpy buffalo with a sore bum and the naughty zebras...absolutely brilliant. Our biggest compliments go to her. Thank you for a day we will never forget. We will definately return for a picnic. Well done and thank you for all you do to educate the public and to bring awareness. - Ané
